Round 3 Wrap Up - more PBs and a massive record -Centre Training - Relays reminder

Congratulations to Levi Dayaseela who SMASHED our U13B Any Venue Discus record with a huge 51.56m throw on Saturday. If Levi had thrown this at a certified event, it would be a Victorian Best Performance.

Well done to Adrianna Parker, Spencer Cotton, Zara Saward, Lance Stephens, Luke Seville, Alice Naismith and Cormac Fargus for achieving multiple PBs this early in the season. Click here for the full PB Report.

At Centre Training tomorrow from 5pm we’ll have Distance, Long Jump, Javelin and our U6-8 session.

RELAY SEASON REGISTRATIONS CLOSING 26TH OCTOBER

Mentone Relay Day is on Sunday 10th November this year. It’s a huge event with thousands of visitors from around our region (and beyond) joining us for a day of relay-race excitement. More info here.

Our Relay Day is quickly followed by the Southern Metro Region Relay Carnival on the 16th November and then State Relay Championships on the 14th December.

Team entries for the SMR Relay Carnival close on the 27th October, so it’s especially important for our U9 and older athletes to register interest now.
