Round 4 - This Saturday 26. October

Our next round is taking place this Saturday 26. October. We’re back to Program 1.

• U6 - U8 families: Please arrive by 8:15am for warm-up and for an 8:30am start

• U9 - U17 families: Please arrive by 9:45am so you have sufficient time for warm-up and a 10am start. Under 13s, this is your “lucky” session - you start a bit later on this program so can sleep in a bit longer if you wish.
  

Duties:

Dear parents in the first session, you might have noticed that we didn’t yet have tents up at the start last week. We only had two parents assisting with setup (thank you both!). We need your help before, during and after sessions to run this event, and while our committee works hard, we can’t do it without you. You have all paid $75 in duty bonds - you can earn those back!

• U8 families: Please arrive at 7:30am and visit the club room to enter your name on the duty sheet.  

• U10 families: Pack-up duty. Please remember to sign out when we are finished packing up. 

For all mid-session duties: We need you to run the sessions efficiently! Please sign up for the duty at the start of the session, grab a vest and ensure you have your name recorded at the Duty Board so we can count it for duty bond refunds.

Relay Season: Final Call!

We are submitting the teams this weekend! If you wish to participate in the Mentone Relay Day and/ or Regional Championships and potentially State Championships, and have not yet registered, please do so by Friday evening:

Other info:

Please remember that chest patches are mandatory. They are proof of registration and insurance, assist us with addressing the kids and speed up the process at the finish line.

Please remember to bring hats, sunscreen and drink bottles and wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Drinks, snacks and BBQ will be available for purchase. Uniforms will be available for sale as well.
