Southern Metro Region Relay Carnival
This Saturday 16th of November we have over 100 of our U9+ athletes competing at the Region Relay Carnival, at Ross Reserve, Noble Park (Springvale Little Athletics Centre). We'd like to wish all of our teams the best of luck on what is shaping up to be a great day!
U6-U8 families:
Please note there is no session at Mentone for any age group this weekend.
The following information is only for those families attending the Region Relay Carnival.
CLICK HERE FOR THE UPDATED PARENT DUTY ROSTER (please note there will continue to be changes to this roster up until Saturday - so continue to check here for updates).
Please email mentonecomp@lavic.com.au to confirm your duty by 7pm Friday 15th Nov. If we do not have a response, we will send you a reminder, so please save us some time by acknowledging your duty. It would be great if you need to swap a role of you could speak to your own age groups prents in the first instance to arrange this.
Please find below various links and information about the carnival.

PARENT DUTIES
Check the Duty Roster (linked above) and ensure you report to the Mentone tent 15 mins before your duty. As always these events can't be held without lots of parental assistance and we appreciate everyone doing their part on the day. Please be mindful of the following:
Closed-shoes are required when on duty - no thongs/sandals.
Please don't use your phones whilst on duty.
Please check-in at the Mentone tent 15 mins before your duty - don't go straight to your duty.
We'll be setting up tents for everyone, but BYO chairs. We will have limited space, so please understand that someone will most likely sit in your chair if you're not using it.
