PB Day - This Saturday 29. March
This Saturday is PB Day, our last event of the season before Presentation day. We are running a dedicated PB Day Program
At PB Day, athletes participate in 3 events of their choice only - either 2 track/1 field or 2 field/1 track. They can move freely between the events. Our U6-U8 athletes can join a group led by the TM if they prefer; all U9 and older will simply go directly to their events of choice. The goal is to beat their PB in as many events as possible.
To achieve a PB it must be an event available to your age group and athletes must have participated in it this season so that we have a result on record. If an athlete beats a PB, he/she qualifies for a medal. Medals will be presented on the day:
3 PBs = Gold Medal
2 PBs = Silver Medal
1 PB = Bronze Medal
8:30 am start if you wish to do walks or 200m/ 300m hurdles. These will only be offered on demand! Please email mentone@lavic.com.au before 9pm Friday to express interest.
