Throughout the season we run a weekly Competition Round on a Saturday as well as a Centre Training session on Wednesdays.
We run 3 Programs (shown below) which rotate each Round and are subject to change. For our younger aged groups (U6-8s) we will also run 'On Track' sessions for the first few weeks of the season in place of some of their programmed events.
Updates on each week's programs are normally published on our website, Team App, Facebook and Instagram accounts by Thursday evening.
All age groups are appointed Age Group Managers who will ensure athletes move through the program each day of competition and experienced coaches will assist with the coaching of athletes each week.
