Presentation Day and Annual General Meeting
Our 2022-23 Presentation Day is scheduled for Saturday 1st April from 10am until around 12pm, at Dolamore Reserve.
We'll start the session by separating out into our age-groups for Team Managers to present their age-group awards.
Then we'll gather together to present the centre-wide awards such as the Sue Tobin U6-8 Age Group Champion, U9-17 Age Group Champion and Centre Best Individual Performance trophy. Please check page 18 onwards in our handbook for full details of our awards.
We'll have participation medals for all Athletes who don't receive another award.
After the presentation sessions we'll order in some pizzas to celebrate the end of a great season, finishing up at around 12-12:30pm.
We will have follow-up sessions to distribute awards to those that can't make it to Presentation Day.
Our 2022-23 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 8pm on Sunday 2nd April and will be an online meeting. This is the day after Presentation Day.

Due to the terrible weather forecast we have decided to move to our backup location of the hall at St Louis de Montfort's Primary School, 37 Dolphin Street, Aspendale. We also have a later start time, from 4pm.
REVISED Timetable for the day
4pm - 5pm: Age Group Awards Presentations
5pm - 6pm: Annual General Meeting (BBQ and activities for kids)
6pm - 7pm: Centre Awards Presentations
There is plenty of parking in St Louis car park. The Hall is at the end of the carpark.
AGM: It is really important parents attend our Annual General Meeting. We schedule it in the middle of the presentations so we can have as many parents attend. There will be children’s activities in the hall whilst the AGM is on. Click here for the AGM Agenda.
We have an unprecedented number of key committee from both executive and general committee who are stepping down this season as their children have finished with the Club. We urgently need parents to put their hand up to become involved with the Club for next season otherwise the future of the club is at risk. There are only a few meetings through the season that committee members need to attend and the time commitment is certainly not huge. ALAC: As mentioned in a previous email – we have 6 athletes who have been named in the Victorian Squad for the Australian Little Athletics Championships and our Club pays for them to attend (which most clubs don't do). As we have six, it has become quite a costly exercise so our Presentation Day will be seen as a small fundraiser to help us recoup some of this money.
There will be a cake stall where you can buy some yummy slices baked by the ALAC kids. We will also be asking for gold coin donations for whatever food is given out ie sausages and drinks. There will be a limited amount of sausages and drinks available so please feel free to bring snacks along.
We will also be hosting a raffle.

Tickets will be 1 for $5 or 3 for $10.
