Coaching Day

Mentone LAC's Coaching Day will be held on Sunday 29th September 2019
9:00am - 12:00pm for All Members from Last Season
COST: FREE
Registrations Online ONLY, closing 10:00pm Saturday 28th September
Mentone Little Athletics will be holding a Coaching Day for existing members prior to the 2019/2020 Track & Field season opening.
New members please come along to our Come & Try Day from 12:30pm on Sunday 29th instead.
Athletes will be provided with coaching from our experienced coaches.
Athletes will participate in a maximum of two sessions and are to select two events, which they will attend throughout the morning.
Events available:
Sprints / Middle Distance / Hurdles / Walks /
Long Jump / Triple Jump / Javelin / High Jump / Shot Put / Discus
Under 7 - 8 athletes in attendance will be involved in modified coaching relevant to their age group.
All athletes must register for this morning online - no late entries will be accepted on the day.
Drinks, refreshments and a free sausage sizzle provided.
