This information is for families attending the State Relay Championships this Saturday.

This year we have 3 allocated duties. We have done our best to minimise your time spent doing a duty, and have broken the duties down to approx 1.5 hours each. All care has been given to allocate your time block around when your child might be competing and to give you the best possible chance of seeing them compete in at least one event.

You MUST confirm your duty by return email on mentone104rosters@gmail.com NO LATER than 12.00pm on Friday.

If your duty is unsuitable please try to swap it with a member of your age group or a friend. Alternatively speak with your Age Group Team Manager. Please notify me of any swaps that are made to prevent you from receiving a "no show" phone call on Saturday. if your child is unwell and not attending on the day, please call me on 0408057474 so I can progress the back up into your role. Please also notify your age group team manager.

It is important to note that not doing your duty may lead to your child being scratched from the event, and therefore letting the other team members down.

You must present yourselves to the Roster table and sign yourselves and the athletes in. Those people allocated a back up duty must also sign in.

Many people put in an enormous effort to get an event like this off the ground - we need parent support so that the children can have a fun and successful day. We appreciate your support and thank you in advance for doing your duty.
