Notice of Annual General Meeting, 11th April 2015
The Mentone Little Athletics Centre Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Saturday 11th April, in the clubrooms at Dolamore Reserve.
We're always looking for new committee members to help keep the club running smoothly.
We have a number of positions vacant for next season, including:
Vice President
Secretary
Region & State Team Managers
Roster Coordinator
General Committee - Starters
If you are interested in getting involved but are unsure of nominating for a formal position, joining the committee as a General Committee member is a great way to get a feel for what you can do to help keep the Centre running for our kids.
To nominate, please fill out the nomination form (linked below) and return to the club President Erina Cunningham (brainstrained@iinet.net.au) or club Secretary Sue Alexander (suzie_alexander@hotmail.com). Scanned copies of signed documents are acceptable.
Please sign the form and obtain two other signatures, one for the person who nominates you and a seconder. Forms need to be returned by no later than 4th April.
