1. Program & Event List

• Please ensure that you arrive at the track at least 1 hour before your scheduled event time and report into your age group Team Manager. The call room closes 20 minutes prior to the scheduled event time. Your age group Relay Manager will take the athletes to the call room.
• Refer to page 6 of the Members Guide for a list of the event times.
• Please note that if an event is turned into a straight final rather than heats and a final then the final will be run at the scheduled final time and not the heat time.

2. Mentone Tents

• We will have a number of tents set up at the track. It is going to be a very hot day and there is limited shade so please ensure that you bring a hat, sunscreen and plenty of water. Look for the Mentone tents. We are hoping to set up near the start line which is where we were last year.

3. Uniform

• Refer to the Members Guide but please remember
• No black tee shirts under the Mentone tops
• Shorts must not have a logo bigger than 3cm x 3cm
• IGA patch needs to be removed
• You will be given a Jetstar sticker that will need to be attached to your uniform prior to competing. Your team manager will have these.

4. Parent Duty Roster

• Please click the link above for the parent duty roster for the day. Please note that times are estimates only. You will be roster by event number and will need to only change over at the completion of the block of events for which you are rostered on for.
• It is very important that when you change over you only relieve the Mentone person on that duty, not anyone from another Centre. If you don't relieve the Mentone person then we will be asked to supply another person.
• If the person rostered on after you does not turn up please call Gaynor and advise so she can chase up. Once a parent has been marked off the roster it is difficult to verify that they have actually gone to the right duty place and relieved the correct person so please shout out if this happens and Gaynor will rectify.
• A description of each of the duties is included in the Members Guide. Gaynor will also be able to advise you about what each role entails.
