We have High Jump, Shot Put, Sprints and our U6-8 Program at Centre Training tomorrow afternoon from 5-6pm.

To fill the gap caused by the restriction of the State Relay Championships to 4x100m relays only, Sandringham LAC are keen to host another Relay event for U9 and older Athletes, most likely at Bricker Reserve (Moorabbin) on the afternoon of Sunday 21st March. The plan is to hold 4x200m, Swedish Medley and Multi-Class relays at the event. Stay tuned for more info.
