We are back in action this week with Centre Training on Wednesday evening from 5-6pm, covering High Jump, Shot Put, Sprints and our U6-U8 program, then Round 7 this Saturday. We'll send out the program for Round 7 on Thursday night.

Although the weather looks good this week, as a general rule please check back here on the website first, then also on our Facebook and Instagram pages for any cancellations or changes.

Finally, please make sure your child has a red Coles patch sewn on to their uniform - if you don't have a patch please ask your Team Manager or come into the clubrooms on Saturday.
