Free Centre Training is on tonight for all Mentone LAC members, covering discus, horizontal jumps and sprints for U9 and older, plus our U6-8 session.

There is no session at Mentone for any age group this weekend - U9 and older Athletes are off to the Southern Metro Region Relay Championships at Springvale LAC. Go Mentone!
