All Mentone 2018/19 Members are eligible to enter.

Age Group Distances:
Under 9 - 10 Boys & Girls - 1.5km 
Under 11 - 12 Boys & Girls - 2km 
Under 13 - 16 Boys & Girls - 3km

State Cross Country Championships Qualifier
Athletes must register, compete and complete the course at their Centre's allocated Region Cross Country Carnival. The athlete must also compete in their correct age group and gender at the Region Cross Country Carnival.

Footwear
No spike shoes and cleats are to be worn by any age group for Cross Country.

Uniform
Athletes compete in their Registered Centre's Championship Uniform (Approved Centre Uniforms).

Medals will be presented to the first three place getters.
Place cards will be given to each athlete.
