General Update plus Southern Metro Region Relays this Saturday with Duty Roster Nominations
Firstly, a couple of reminders to all families:
- There is no session for any age-group at Mentone this Saturday (25th November)
- Wednesday night training is cancelled this week, but will be back on next week

Southern Metro Region Relays
The Southern Metro Region Relay Championships are on this Saturday (25th November) at Springvale Little Athletics Centre, Ross Reserve, Noble Park.
Click here for Event Information - please pay close attention to the uniform guidelines, they are very strict and teams will be disqualified:
- Coles patches must be sewn over the Jetstar patches
- Subway Chest Patches are required
- Watch out for lines/logos on shorts/leggings
Parent Duty Roster
As always these events can't be held without lots of parental assistance. We are all expected to perform one duty per child participating in the event. Duties range from wheeling the drinks trolley around to judging at a change box. Failure to perform your allocated duty will result in forfeiture of your $50 Parent Duty Bond.
